Blue Texas is a wild-western woman created by Lou Titrant who is trying to assimilate into an urban lifestyle.
I was given creative freedom to style the character of Blue and to construct a top for her. I was asked only to incorporate a lot of straps, ties, and lightness, and to make it look like Blue "made her top herself".
